11wen Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and 11wen regarding your access to and use of the platform at 11wen.pro. This includes the casino game lobby, sports betting section, live casino, promotions, and all associated account services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 11wen platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

These Terms are written in English for users in Pakistan. Where any ambiguity arises in interpretation, the platform's understanding of these Terms will apply.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 11wen, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 11wen or its associated entities.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on 11wen.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful. 11wen reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment details at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11wen login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any verification codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• Do not share your login details with anyone — 11wen support staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact 11wen support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.

11wen accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your disclosure of login credentials to a third party, whether intentional or otherwise.

All transactions processed while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised unless you have previously notified 11wen of a security concern in writing through the support channel.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 11wen are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit card, credit card and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable limits are displayed in your account deposit section.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 11wen does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These are displayed before you confirm a transaction.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the stated processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 11wen account are processed in PKR to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Where this is not possible, alternative verified methods may be used at 11wen's discretion.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds before processing.
• Identity and payment verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved. This is standard practice and applies to all accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals to mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers.
• 11wen reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending standard verification checks. You will be informed if this is the case.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not processed.

If your withdrawal request is declined or delayed, a reason will be provided through your account or support channel. Unjustified or fraudulent withdrawal attempts may result in account review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

11wen offers various promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets and other time-limited promotions. Each individual promotion has its own terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.

• Claiming any bonus constitutes your acceptance of the specific terms attached to that offer, in addition to these general Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The contribution rate of different games towards wagering varies — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are completed.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, suspicious betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• 11wen reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the change.

7 Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 11wen covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and bilateral series — along with Football, Esports and other markets. All bets are placed in PKR.

• Odds are displayed at the time of placing a bet. The odds accepted at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are subject to the live odds displayed at the time of placement. 11wen reserves the right to void bets where in-play data or live odds were clearly incorrect at the time of acceptance.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the required portion of play is completed, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are enforced at the time of bet placement.
• 11wen reserves the right to limit the markets or stake sizes available to individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or algorithmic activity.
• Any bets placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement — including but not limited to insider knowledge of team selection, player injuries or match-fixing — will be voided and the account may be reported to relevant authorities.

8 Casino and Games

The 11wen casino game lobby includes slots, live dealer tables, crash games, card games and instant win titles from third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable, and live dealer games are streamed from professional studios.

• Game rules, paylines, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility information are provided by the game provider. 11wen makes this information available where it is provided to us but does not independently certify RTP figures.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. If a game error affects the displayed outcome, the correct mathematical result will apply rather than the erroneously displayed result.
• Disconnection during a game round does not void the round. If you lose connection mid-round, the game server will complete the round based on the established game mechanics. Reconnecting and refreshing your session will display the result.
• Attempting to exploit game errors, glitches or software vulnerabilities is prohibited and will result in winnings from such exploitation being voided.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 11wen and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Operating more than one account or assisting another person in creating an account where that person is ineligible.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or incorrectly set odds for systematic gain.
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts — including with other players — to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or matched betting using platform funds).
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any IP masking tool to access the platform in a manner that circumvents geographical or account-level restrictions.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Any conduct that could be considered harassment of other players, live dealers, or 11wen staff.

10 Account Closure

You may request to close your 11wen account at any time by contacting support. Where there is no outstanding wagering requirement or ongoing review, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

11wen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and all applicable notice requirements have been met.
• A player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 11wen is not obliged to return any funds associated with the breach. Real-money deposits unrelated to the breach will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

11 Responsible Gaming

11wen supports responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your account settings and are effective across all sections of the platform.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to limit increases.
• Self-exclusion removes access to the platform for a specified period. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications from 11wen.
• Session time reminders alert you when you have been logged in for a defined period.

12 Privacy

The collection, storage and use of your personal information by 11wen is described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy as part of your agreement with 11wen.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and communications related to your account and, where you have opted in, promotional offers.

13 Limitation of Liability

11wen provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• 11wen is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 11wen is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the return of your stake where a technical error is confirmed on our side.
• The platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves risk and 11wen does not guarantee outcomes or profits from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability in a way that would be unlawful. Where a specific provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

14 Changes to These Terms

11wen may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the email address associated with their account or through a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any eligible real-money balance.
